Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) is the dominant ground handling and cargo handling provider at Singapore's Changi airport, with around an 80% market share. Since being spun out of Singapore Airlines, the group has expanded to encompass various joint venture partnerships with airport authorities and airlines across Asia, with Hong Kong and india showing particularly strong growth recently. In addition, Singapore Food Industries was acquired in 2008, adding to the group's ability to diversify into airline catering as well as branded food distribution. A cash generative business, it carries virtually no debt, and has a strong dividend payment history.
