Richard Greenwood - Investment Analyst

After a short spell teaching Classics, Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche where he was involved in cash flow modelling and tax structuring for M&A deals.  Read Classics at Lincoln College, Oxford.

Ian McCallum - Director & Chief Investment Officer

10 years as an analyst in London, Asia and Turkey for Merrill Lynch, Peregrine Securities and CLSA.  Read Accountancy and Finance at Heriot-Watt University, then qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Felicity Smith - Senior Fund Manager

20 years of experience covering European equities with Morgan Stanley, Investment Advisor International and ABN Amro. Read modern languages at Balliol College, Oxford and is fluent in French and German.

Lesley Cartmell - Director & Investment Consultant

Michael Comras - Finance Director

After leaving Coopers & Lybrand, 14 years experience in financial services organisations. Subsequently finance director of small and medium-sized companies. A Chartered Accountant.

Steve O'Neill - Investment Operations

Spent 18 months at Morgan Stanley as an interbank fx analyst in the settlements team. Previously with National Australia Bank. Studying part-time for a BSc in Accounting in Finance at the LSE.

Tim Vaughan - Head of Investment Operations

Caroline Pemberton - Office Manager

12 years in the fund management industry working at Marathon Asset Management, the last 4 spent in Connecticut running the US office. Prior to that, spent 8 years at Coats Viyella Plc.

Emma Symonds - Marketing Secretary

Spent 13 months at The Cornell Partnership, a City based recruitment boutique, as a consultant and executive assistant.  Read History of Art at University of Leeds.

Duncan Clark

Nigel Johnson-Hill - Chairman

HSBC and W.I.Carr, then 10 years as Managing Director of Hoare Govett in Hong Kong. 10 years as Chairman and MD of Hoenig UK.  Director of The Vintry Wine Co., Liv-ex and Mundane Asset Management. Is a fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute.

James Osborne

18 years at A&L Goodbody having joined as a solicitor in 1973, retired in 1992 although still employed as a consultant.  Since then has held numerous directorships, most notably Deputy Chairman of Ryanair.  Read Law at Trinity College, Dublin.
